The Ferris Wheel Stop

The ferris wheel loads from the bottom cabin. Each click of the wheel brings the NEXT cabin down to the platform. 🎡

You get the cabins in wheel order (the first is at the platform now) and the number of clicks k. Print which cabin is at the platform after k clicks.

Example:

Input: cabins = ["red", "blue", "gold", "green"], k = 2 Output: gold

After 2 clicks, the cabin that started 2 spots back — gold, at index 2 — has rolled down to the platform.
